​If an Association Member wishes to reserve the Clubhouse for a function in which non-Member Guests will attend, please complete the 3 Cherry Way HOA Community Clubhouse Rental Form and Use Agreement for Events with non-Member Guests.  

 

If an Association Member wishes to reserve the Clubhouse for a function in which only Association Members will attend, please complete the 3 Cherry Way HOA Community Clubhouse Reservation Form and Use Agreement for Events with Member Guests Only.

Please make sure that you submit your form at least 15 days prior to your event.  Keep in mind that mail times are currently longer than normal.
